Pensora Support
Need help with the Pensora app or a retirement calculator? Email us with a short description of what happened, the device you are using, and the Pensora version shown in Settings. Never send a Social Security number, account password, or payment-card details.
Purchases and subscriptions
In the iPhone app, open Settings and choose Restore Purchases if an existing Pensora Premium purchase is missing. Manage or cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. For a refund request, follow our refund policy.
Calculator questions
Include the calculator name, your inputs with private details removed, the result you expected, and the result Pensora displayed. We check calculation reports against the official source and correct confirmed errors.
Pensora provides educational estimates and is not affiliated with OPM, SSA, the IRS, or any government agency. Confirm final benefit, tax, and retirement decisions with the appropriate agency or a qualified professional.
Privacy or account requests
The core app works without an account. If you created an optional Pensora Account, you can delete it from Settings > Account > Delete account. Read the full privacy policy, or email us if you need help with a privacy request.
