Educational content, not advice

Pensora's calculators, tables, and articles are provided for general educational purposes only. They are not financial, tax, or legal advice, and using them does not create any advisory relationship. For decisions about your own situation, talk to a licensed financial advisor, a tax professional, or the relevant government agency — the SSA or IRS in the US, or HMRC and the DWP in the UK.

Accuracy

We build every calculator from published sources — IRS publications, SSA rules, and gov.uk / HMRC guidance — and keep them updated as rules change. Even so, tax and benefit rules are complex and can change without notice, and your own circumstances may include exceptions a general calculator can't cover. Always verify important numbers directly with the SSA, the IRS, HMRC, the DWP, or a licensed professional before making a decision.

No warranty

Pensora is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Purchases and subscriptions

Pensora is developed and operated by Openverse. Web purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable sales tax, receipts, subscription management, and billing support. Purchases made in the Pensora iPhone app are processed separately by Apple under the terms shown in the App Store.

Recurring plans renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel a web subscription using the link in your Paddle receipt or subscription-management email. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; it does not automatically refund a completed payment.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on where you purchased Pensora, applicable consumer law, and the payment provider's rules. See our Refund Policy for the current process.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Openverse and Pensora are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its calculators.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
